Welcome to UniAdvisor.ng. By accessing or using our website, admission calculators, university catalogs, guides, or community forums, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.

1. Nature of Service

UniAdvisor is an independent educational tool providing departmental cutoff predictions, O'Level subject combination verifications, tuition fee approximations, and admissions counseling guidance for informational purposes. UniAdvisor does not award admission, process official JAMB registrations, or act as an agent of any university.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User-Generated Content & Q&A Forum

Users may post questions and answers on our Admissions Q&A forum. You agree not to post content that is false, defamatory, abusive, fraudulent, or promotes academic dishonesty (such as exam malpractice, UTME score upgrade scams, or fake admission slot sales). UniAdvisor reserves the right to remove any violating content and ban offending accounts.

4. Intellectual Property

All proprietary content, brand design, algorithms, calculator interfaces, and editorial guides on UniAdvisor are the property of UniAdvisor Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not scrape, reproduce, or redistribute our datasets or content in bulk without prior written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to ensure that all admission requirements and historical cutoffs are accurate and timely, admission policies and cutoff marks are determined solely by the respective university senates and JAMB. UniAdvisor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from admission decisions made by tertiary institutions.

6. Modifications & Governing Law

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
